After Hiring Questions
The goal is to know what makes the team member “tick.” What are their hot buttons? How are they best motivated? How are they best utilized?
What makes you CRY? (What touches your heart, what moves you to action?)
What makes you SING? (What brings you great joy, happiness, pleasure?)
What do you DREAM about? (Places to go, possessions, activities, experiences, contributions?)
What makes you LAUGH? (What do you enjoy, who do you like to be around?)
What do you THINK about? (What dominates your thoughts? Work? Play? $$? Relationships? God? Personal Significance?)
What do you TALK about? (What areas do you have strong opinions in?)
