For all the payments, except more than 1000 users, the process will be done through PayPal and you will get a confirmation to your PayPal account about the payment receipt.  Once you receive the payment you have to manually add the user's profile to the database as explained before.

To prevent even the perception of conflict of interests, the organization Bob works for and Damon works for have unlimited free access to the web site. Likewise Henry Cogswell College, where Bob and Damon teach, also have free access. Additionally, Bob and Damon grant any suppliers, vendors, or customers of their employers free access to the website on request.
