Philosophy on Fitness

The Good Books says bodily exercise profiteth little, but godliness is profitable unto all things. Still, there is some profit in exercise. As such I believe that a sound, long-term exercise and nutrition plan is appropriate. In exercise both weight training and aerobics should be done each two to three times per week. Good nutrition with proper supplementation is wise as well. I do not subscribe to diets of any kind as diets are not a long-term solution. Rather, moderate eating while still enjoying life but making sure of proper exercise is my philosophy.

I'm physically strong. I can bench press almost 400 pounds. Aerobically I ride bikes and use a treadmill. I use supplements, including a multi-vitamin and heart health supplements. I'm 6' 0" tall and weight 270 pounds. I can stand to be 220 pounds. The older I get the easier it is to put on a midriff.
