Board of Directors

Annual Performance Review of the President

Specifically Global Activities Under the Responsibility of the President

As a Board member you are encouraged to answer the following questions. The purpose of this appraisal is to determine the extent to which the President is communicating  to the Board, especially in the areas of executing high-level projects and goals of the ministry, and to evaluate personal habits and traits needful to the ministry. The composite scores and individual (though anonymous) comments will be prepared by Bob Jordan and Dave Jezak for the 2007 year-in-review. The results will be presented to the President before the May, 2008 Board meeting and summarized at that meeting.

Eight areas are specifically addressed in this questionnaire for Operating Objectives and eight areas are addressed in Personal Development, and then four final questions. Suggest you click on your numerical choice, and click to the comment box if you did not score a "10" to provide inputs. Finally, click on SUBMIT.

Your comments are requested to be submitted on or before April 20, 2008.

General Comments and Overall Performance

The summary Board Performance Appraisal will discuss events of this past year. Institutional growth continues at an explosive rate, international ministry is strengthening each year, literature is going out nation-wide, and volunteer involvement is at an all time high. PFC enjoys a good name in the churches, institutions, and associations with whom it is involved. The President oversaw a balanced budget for 2005, 2006, and 2007. The Strategic Plan is published and in regular use. The President regularly publishes the state of the ministry in the President's Report six times per year. His past performance appraisals have been excellent.
