PRISONERS FOR CHRIST OUTREACH MINISTRIES

INDIA 2009

Over the first two weeks in November, 2009, Prisoners For Christ will send four missionaries from America to the prisons Hyderabad and New Delhi in this land of over 1.15 billion people. PFC has established ministry in Hyderabad, and will now expand to New Delhi on this campaign.  As always PFC will teach training seminars to our new volunteers and pastors such that the work of the the ministry goes on every month of the year, not just where we're there. This is a land that is barely 2% Christian. Idolatry is the rule. Persecution of Christians is in the news. This is a far different environment than ministry to Africa. We covet your prayers as we enter into a land of beautiful people, breathtaking landscapes, cultural wonders, great wealth, great poverty, and spiritual darkness.

Bob Jordan is married to Leslie, has eight children, and attends Cedar Park Church in Bothell, Washington. He is Dean of Prisoners For Christ University, the ministry's training arm for equipping new and existing volunteers. Bob has also been assigned to head PFC's National Ministries project where out-of-state volunteers are recruited and trained in PFC's model for jail and prison evangelism and discipleship. Bob is a licensed engineer and is VP of R&D at his company. This is Bob's fourth international missions trip with PFC, and his second to India.
